THE SFT PODCAST

I sit down with some of the most interesting people I know to talk about what it was like when they broke down and what was their breakthrough? What tools, supports, and practices did they use and still use, to get back on track and carry on?

It will also allow you to get to know me. What started as a well-produced podcast, turned into a life-changing cathartic confessional that could have only happened via my amazing guests and the support of those around me.

Through these shared stories, my hope is we all get a little more comfortable with being smart, funny and (a little less) tortured.

Sam Senchal - EPISODE 24

Sam Alexander Senchal is an interdisciplinary researcher working at the edge of observation, consciousness, meaning, free will, and computational physics. He’s the author of The God Conjecture, a framework that explores how a coherent God-concept can sit cleanly inside modern physics without collapsing into either dogma or nihilism.

DAVID SHAPIRO - EPISODE 23

David Shapiro is an AI futurist, essayist, and educator known for clear, human-first thinking about automation, policy, and the future of work. A former software architect and prolific YouTuber, he now writes long-form analyses on technology’s social impact and teaches pragmatic AI adoption to leaders and creators. David’s focus areas include time sovereignty, robotics and labor, governance by incentives, and the use of AI as a learning partner in health and knowledge work. He consults across business, academia, and civic orgs on strategy, capability building, and risk. His forthcoming book, The Great Decoupling, explores how institutions can cross the chasm from hype to durable value. Equal parts optimist and operator, David is committed to tools that give people their lives back—measuring progress by time returned, not clicks earned.
